Job responsibilities:
• Answer local calls from customers to assist with questions about products, services, and answer basic technical questions according to the industry.
• Multi-task and interact with other departments to resolve customer needs, check the status of work orders, and schedule appointments and service calls.
• Developing online sales strategies for expanding the customer’s portfolio.
• Able to achieve sales targets and maximizing revenue from existing clients.
• Good Understanding of post and pre-sales. Be prepared to write sales proposals and pitch to clients.
