We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. This role emphasizes full-stack development with a strong focus on Java technologies and incorporates AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, and integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AgentAI copilots and large language model (LLM) tools to expedite coding, debugging, and documentation efforts.
- Develop both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration across the application stack.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based features where applicable.
- Combine AI-assisted productivity enhancements with established engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with system architects and AI-native specialists to ensure smooth integration and adoption of AI technologies within development workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise software engineering, including a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and domain-specific workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts, focusing on integration rather than model training, with an ability to leverage these tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in backend programming using one or more of the following: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), or Python.
- Frontend development skills with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Educational qualification equivalent to 15 years of full-time education.
