Java Full Stack Development

We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. The role involves utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet specific business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Full Stack Development and experience working with AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and integration processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on development using AgentAI copilots and large language model (LLM) tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Develop both front-end and back-end components ensuring seamless integration across systems.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based features where applicable.
- Combine AI-assisted productivity with engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable software solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with architects and AI-native specialists to ensure smooth integration and adoption of AI-powered tools and methodologies within the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering principles, software development life cycle (SDLC), and domain-specific workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts and their limitations, with a focus on integration rather than AI model training.
- Proven ability to accelerate software delivery timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Proficient in backend development using one or more of the following: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), or Python.
- Skilled in frontend technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Educational background with at least 15 years of full-time formal education.
