We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Director to lead and oversee all on-site activities of our real estate and housing society development projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, experience managing teams, and a solid understanding of society infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction and infrastructure development at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and labor teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to approved plans, drawings, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve on-site issues related to design, materials, or safety.
- Collaborate with the planning and design departments for project execution and approvals.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and technical documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- BS or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate or housing society projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and site management.
- Leadership ability to manage on-site staff and contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and civil engineering software preferred.
