Jazz Business Consultant GSM

Jazz is seeking a dynamic Business Consultant to join its Enterprise Sales team in Karachi. This role focuses on providing expert advice and tailored GSM solutions to corporate clients, helping them enhance their business performance by leveraging Jazz’s extensive portfolio, including GSM, ICT, M2M, and Quantica services. The Business Consultant will build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring engagement, upselling, retention, and overall satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth within the assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with corporate clients to understand their business needs and recommend customized GSM solutions that align with their objectives.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets through effective promotion of GSM products and services.
- Drive customer retention and recovery efforts within the assigned client portfolio.
- Conduct regular visits to large B2B accounts to promote GSM solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Expand business penetration within tagged companies by addressing customer complaints, securing new accounts, and enhancing GSM revenue streams.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for additional GSM offerings.
- Prioritize high-value opportunities to strengthen Jazz’s presence in the Large Accounts sector.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled client visits and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any challenges efficiently.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders—including B2B Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Channel Planning, Finance, and Product Teams—to deliver seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Basic understanding of emerging technologies such as digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware sales, and IoT.
- Proven experience in selling corporate sector solutions, particularly internet/data products, GSM-based services, fixed connectivity, and M2M/IoT products.
- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and technology companies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably combining Engineering/IT and Business disciplines.
- Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects and internal management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into high-level design concepts.
- Excellent market orientation and understanding of the corporate segment.
- Specialization in portfolio management is essential.
