What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meeting with Entire sales team, understand the BSD organogram and interacting with the internal teams in order to understand the operational flow of the sales process.
Establish working relationships with KAMS, Team Leads, channel planning, Marketing and MFS segment team members.
Getting the idea of sales process from lead generation to client on boarding and execution, including necessary legal documentation to be required from the organization to get them onboard.
Within 60 days, you will:
Understanding and start gathering requirement for ongoing and upcoming initiatives of Corporate Sector potential leads and Government tenders/RFPs.
Start building relations with Government institutions, large scale accounts, new business acquisitions, team support and coordination with other departments.
Determine how to increase efficiency and transparency of the organization through MFS and M-Agri products.
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Working with the MFS & M-Agri segments team to customize products considering needs of the clients & developing a strategy to target private & Government organizations.
Be a MFS & M-Agri products champion of sales and also support all sales channels for MFS & M-Agri solutions selling.
A bit about you:
We are looking for a person who has excellent communications and persuasion skills. You should possess innovative and energetic approach towards your work. Be bold and confident to handle large scale accounts and Able to work under pressure and meet targets. You should be comfortable working on revenue targets
You should be a team player with a passion to build financial services portfolio. The incumbent should be well versed in financial services backend processes, banking standards and excellent product knowledge.
A bit about us:
You will be part of Sales Overlay MFS & M-Agri Team and reporting to Regional Manager Sales Overlay MFS & M-AgriCentral.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
- First priority of the team is to achieve assign KPI’s targets.
- Second priority of the team is get maximum business from existing corporate clients.
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal stakeholders like BSD Sales, MFS Segment, Support, and Legal team.
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Complete cooperative efforts of these teams will result in smooth processes and problem solving which would immensely help in expand our business domain.
The specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Team has achieved its overall Targets to date and have on boarded potential clients for next year. For front loading
