What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with the Administration & Real Estate team to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map
Understand the function of Workplace and Capital Projects team in the People & Organization division and how your role fits into the overall Administration & Real Estate strategy and function
Develop in-depth understanding of Workplace design, execution and conduct guidelines
Develop an understanding on the organization project control processes and polices
Develop in-depth understanding of agile workplace concept
Within 60 days, you will:
Shadow the team to formulate tender work packages including drawings, bill of quantities, specifications and engineering estimates
Mentor adherence to workplace design, execution and conduct guidelines
Collaborative with supply chain function to learn tender processes per company policy
Actively participate in project planning cross functional team to secure turnkey stakes involved in the project
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Solely formulate tender packages
Lead cross functional teams to achieve timely tendering closure and work awards
Lead project delivery of assigned tasks, including cost control and financial close out
Assume a Project Manager’s role empowered for all inter & intra department functional coordination
Act as a single point of contact for business partner management

Workplace and capital projects arena sits at the heart of culture transformation, by virtue of engaging design and employee feedback system. The unit functions as a customer-centric entity with the sole aim to increase employee engagement through flexible work opportunities incorporated as break outs, hot desks and touch down seating.
The structure of the team you will join is:
A five (05) member’s team with no sub teams.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Provide a stimulating and agile workplace through application of pre-set guidelines and employee feedback
Digitalization through furniture, equipment, architecture and fittings
Best in class project life cycle management
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including divisional/departmental heads, internal P&O team members, and all functions of the company for effective planning, development and roll out of the Workplace and Capital Projects Initiatives.
