We, as a team, are involved with all internal and external technical stakeholders to deliver value and yield revenue for our company. We play a significant part in network rollout initiatives by engaging in effective and coordinal liaison with external mobile operators through infrastructure sharing. We have streamlined the mechanisms of infrastructure sharing; and are now in the process of further improving the process in the light of the integration to create visibility of the Merge Co. entity. What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet relevant stakeholders from different teams e.g. rollout, logistics, planning, operations and strategy
Meet respective teams to have overview of issues on sites in FATA
Develop understanding of infrastructure sharing mechanisms along with operational escalation matrix  
Develop understanding of operational escalation SOPs both internal and external
Develop understanding of contracts and approved services to sharing parties
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
Take charge of tracking and resolution of escalated operational issues
Looking after sites located at FATA
Build rapport with stakeholders such as network operations and OMO management team to work alongside them to achieve company goals
Grasp details of contractual SLAs and conflict management in operational issues on shared sites
Strive for continuous improvement in both the processes and the outcome
Identify opportunities for improvement.
 
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Responsible for sites located at FATA
Become responsible for complete site sharing operations support at HQ level
Benchmark performance of regions and OMOs to provide feedback to further improve performance

A bit about you:
 
We are looking for someone who has relevant experience in technology and conflict management is not constrained by conventional practices and is able to think out of the box. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to experiment and develop new mechanisms; someone with a proven track record of delivering new and unique solutions for resolution of operational issues.
 
A bit about us:
Infrastructure sharing team is part of the Network deployment within Technology. The team is responsible for yielding revenue through hosting OMOs on JAZZ infrastructure and align with OMOs for JAZZ rollout.
Moreover, the team is responsible for operational issue management and resolution on shared sites.
The structure of the team you will join is:
·       A 6-member team (including the department head)
·       You will be part of a 4-member sub-team reporting to a manager
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       Infrastructure sharing project management and coordination to enhance company revenue
·       Network Rollout and operational support on shared sites
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to align with broader commercial objectives and provide constructive feedback on commercial initiatives with respect to infrastructure sharing (Operations, Strategy, Finance, Procurement, Regulatory)
Ability to coordinate with network operations team to effective create visibility to the management
Ability to coordinate with Regional teams to support them in their operational KPIs
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
·Merge-co rollout on shared basis
Performance visibility to Management through different Dashboards on sharing based projects
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
O&M support and field operations knowledge
Tracking, Reporting and KPI Monitoring
Conflict management, contractual SLA knowledge. Vendor management.
