What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meet M2M/IoT sales and Operations team and understand M2M/IoT value chain
Establish working relationship with B2B Marketing, Pre sales, service delivery and channel sales teams
Within 60 days, you will:
Identify potential customers and opportunities in the B2B segment, thereby cutting across multiple channels; Large accounts, SME, B2G etc.
Evaluate techniques for addressing customers’ requirements and solution integration into customers’ systems; elaborate on value added services/solutions against customized requirements and assures streamlining of business operations through M2M/IoT solutions offering
Monitor team’s performance on sales/business development activities and ensures achievement of yearly sales targets
Develop a number of key customer references, explaining to potential customers what the M2M/IoT solutions can do for their businesses
Liaise with Marketing, Operations, Pre-sales teams to cater customer requirements
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Develop an end to end value chain with customers and service partners through long term contracts and ensure sustainable revenue generation
Participate in analysis and segregation of assigned revenue targets among with segment and channel teams
Negotiate post-sales service fees with marketing, requesting service discounts as per the customer relationship and business volume
Monitor team’s progress against assigned targets on weekly basis and ensures efficient execution of plans; highlight any revenue deficits and devise appropriate measures for required course correction
Oversee account services, helping sales teams in account retention and churn control
Manage and ensure timely recovery from M2M/IoT accounts
Monitor product life cycle, propose refinements and develop expert knowledge of key market drivers
Create a conducive working environment to build and sustain an engaged and committed team; ensuring compliance with Company's policies and practices within your domain
A bit about you:
You are a subject matter expert for M2M/IoT and will be spearheading customized M2M/IoT solutions sales to business accounts for all B2B sales channels at Jazz. You have excellent communication skills and are able to advocate/defend your business cases and decisions in front of management and stakeholders. Preference will be given to those who are familiar with or have prior M2M/IoT experience in a business sales or segment role and have adequate knowledge of M2M/IoT verticals; particularly related to automotive and asset management verticals

M2M/IoT Sales Overlay is a sub part of BSD Marketing led by Stream Head M2M/IoT Sales Overlay & reporting to BSD Marketing Head. We plan & execute M2M/IoT sales for all B2B channels. The team is focused towards planning, nurturing, executing and growing M2M/IoT portfolio for Jazz B2B segment.
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be reporting to Head of B2B Marketing and will be based in Islamabad. You will lead a team of dedicated KAMs and indirectly managing cross channel teams tasked to grow the M2M/IoT Portfolio for Jazz B2B segment.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Sales growth for M2M/IoT business stream
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team:
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including Key Account Managers, Team Leaders, Regional Managers, Marketing, Channel Planning and all functions of the company for sales growth and business development initiatives.
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Cross channel M2M/IoT sales (IoT solutions and M2M connectivity)
Collaborating with Products team on customization/refinement of IoT solutions
The two (02) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
M2M/IoT sales & marketing (product side)

Expert in M2M/IoT verticals
Enterprise Asset Management
Essential skills must have:
MS Office Tools: MS Excel & MS Power point
