Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation and transformation arm of the Capgemini Group, is looking for an experienced professional with deep expertise in Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS). This role focuses on designing, building, and configuring Blue Yonder TMS applications to align with business requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. A strong background in information systems development, particularly in SaaS implementations, is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage projects independently and work effectively within teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze functional design documents and translate them into detailed technical design documents.
- Design, build, and configure Blue Yonder TMS applications tailored to business needs.
- Lead and facilitate design workshops with client teams to explain JDA TMS functionalities and document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes.
- Perform unit testing of developed solutions and carry out necessary UI configurations.
- Work closely with integration and testing teams to ensure thorough end-to-end solution testing and timely resolution of any issues.
- Manage data migration activities across multiple environments.
- Support cutover activities during Go Live and provide hypercare support post-deployment.
- Participate in regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 6 to 9 years of experience in information systems development with mandatory expertise in Blue Yonder TMS, preferably within SaaS implementation environments.
- 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL Plus, and Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Blue Yonder’s technical architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting technical processes in high-volume, multi-application environments.
- Supply Chain domain experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience developing solutions for other Blue Yonder modules is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies will be considered a plus.
- Accreditation or certification in any Blue Yonder module is beneficial.
