We are looking for a Design & Estimation Engineer to join our BMS Department. The candidate will be responsible for designing and preparing cost estimates for HVAC Controls and BMS systems, including integration with other ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret project specifications, drawings, and BOQs related to HVAC Controls & BMS system.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations, material take-offs, and pricing for proposals and tenders.
- Liaise with the sales and technical teams to ensure competitive and accurate estimations.
- Evaluate vendor/supplier quotations and technical submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical submittals, compliance statements, and client presentations.
- Keep up to date with industry standards, products, and technology trends in BMS and integration with other ELV systems.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and client specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in design and estimation of HVAC Controls & BMS systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & MS Visio.
- Good understanding of SLDs, shop drawings, and system architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
