Job Description:
- Develop working prototypes of business software in consultation with manager and client input, using high-level development tools.
- Design and develop meticulous user interfaces for business software
- Write basic scripts using high-level development tools to add business logic.
- Take customer calls and hand-hold them via phone and screen-control sessions to solve software operation issues.
- Provide on-site software support services to clients.
- Develop documentation and training material for developed software solutions
- Conduct and assist in online and on-site end-user training sessions.
- Perform data and images preparation, and perform uploading and entry to developed solutions and website.
