Qualifications:

  • Minimum graduate degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to travel packages.
  • Provide information about travel destinations, itineraries, and services offered.
  • Process payments, issue tickets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling travel packages.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Skills (Preferred):  

  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems.
  • Sales or customer service experience in a similar role.
