Jk Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Expert with a strong educational background, preferably holding a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of hands-on experience in procurement, vendor development, inventory and warehouse management, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment within manufacturing enterprises. This role demands a deep understanding of the supply chain processes especially related to plastics, pipes, or engineering products sectors. The expert directly contributes to optimizing raw material availability, enhancing supplier performance, and maintaining effective inventory control to support efficient production operations. This position involves working independently without managing a team but requires close collaboration with various stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless coordination throughout the supply chain. The candidate is expected to analyze current supply chain practices and implement improvements that enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in supply chain strategies are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to secure raw materials and supplies at optimal costs.
Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to improve performance and reliability.
Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent stockouts.
Manage warehouse operations to ensure safe, organized, and efficient storage and distribution of materials.
Coordinate production planning activities in alignment with supply availability and manufacturing schedules.
Plan, monitor, and optimize logistics and order fulfilment processes to guarantee timely delivery of products.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and finance to achieve overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all supply chain activities.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance supplier performance, reduce costs, and improve supply chain resilience.
