In this role, the Teacher Training Expert plays a vital part in enhancing the quality of teaching through teacher coaching and ongoing monitoring. The expert will collaborate with educators to refine instructional strategies, create engaging learning experiences, and support student academic growth. They will also lead initiatives to develop innovative teaching materials tailored to specific classroom needs. This position requires an individual passionate about education and committed to improving classroom outcomes by applying evidence-based teaching methodologies. While the expert will not be managing a team, they must exhibit strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders to foster professional development and improve educational practices across varied school settings.
Responsibilities

Design and conduct comprehensive teacher training programs focused on child-centred pedagogy and effective classroom management.
Support lesson planning efforts by providing guidance on creating tailored, engaging, and developmentally appropriate instructional materials.
Implement and promote the integration of psychomotor learning strategies through activity-based and hands-on teaching methods.
Coach teachers regularly to enhance instructional techniques, classroom engagement, and student assessment practices.
Develop and adapt teaching materials that address diverse learning needs and align with curriculum goals.
Monitor and evaluate teacher performance during and after training sessions to ensure consistent application of best practices in classrooms.
Advise on and support the development of fine and gross motor skills in students through targeted activities and learning exercises.
Collaborate with school staff to identify challenges in teaching and learning environments and propose practical solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and research related to teacher training and psychomotor learning integration.
Provide academic support to schools with a focus on low-resource or community-based settings to help bridge educational gaps.
Facilitate workshops and seminars that empower educators with skills in student assessment and classroom management.
Prepare reports and documentation detailing training outcomes, teacher progress, and recommended next steps for ongoing development.
Build strong relationships with teachers and school leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure all training activities comply with ethical standards and educational policies set by relevant authorities.
