Job Application Specialist – Paid Internship (Night Shift)

Located in Johar Town, Lahore, this paid internship provides a valuable opportunity for detail-oriented and organized individuals to gain practical experience in recruitment operations. The role requires working on-site during the night shift, where you will manage job applications across major platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Glassdoor. You will be responsible for identifying relevant job postings, tailoring applications, and efficiently tracking submission progress in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and other job portals according to specified criteria.
- Submit applications accurately and in high volume while ensuring quality and relevance.
- Customize resumes and cover letters or select appropriate versions based on job requirements.
- Track and log all applications using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or trackers, noting status, platform, date, and follow-up needs.
- Manage and monitor multiple job platform accounts simultaneously.
- Respond to basic recruiter messages or escalate important communications for further review.
- Meet daily and weekly application targets set by the team lead.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore.
- Commitment to night shift hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days per week or as specified.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
- Reliable computer and internet skills; typing speed is an advantage.
- Open to students or fresh graduates seeking practical experience in recruitment.
