Gradually Develop Check Lists for various Contractual procedures such as pre- Bid meeting, PQs, Etc. As identified from time to time
Formulate Policies
Review of Request for Prequalification ( RFPs)
Bid / contract Preparation
Bid/ Contract Review
Proposal Formulation
Tender Level Scheduling ( For technical bid )
Pre-Bid Meetings and or raise Pre-Bid queries with Client
Lead the Project Coordinators and Project Planning Engineers, QS For Preparation of Variation Claims, EOT and other Cost Claims
Provide guidance to the project managers and supervision teams for matters related to technical and contractual correspondence.
Receiving update from QS at site regarding IPC status and Variations.
Manage daily contractual operations.
Propose solutions to all bottlenecks for Technical issues in consultation with CEO and relevant specialties.
Meeting with Clients on behalf of CEO
Review of IPC’s for Contractual Payments like Retention, Mobilization. Prepared by Site teams
Contractual Financial payment solicitations on closed projects.
Solicitation for Certificates.
Preparation of Request / Case for Engineers Decision
Correspondence of action taken at NAG ,FRW, FIEDMIC, WARSAK, PC MULTAN Update them in G - Suit
Arbitration lead on behalf of CEO for Arbitration Cases.
