Key Job Duties:
- Check and verify all Sales Tax Invoices before processing to customers.
- Check and verify all rate difference claims invoices before processing to customers.
- Verify costings as per LOI / PO receive from customers.
- Coordinate with customers for timely payments.
- Pre-audit of import related bills.
- Pre-audit of local Purchasing bills.
- Pre-audit of local vendors bills.
- Resolve billing / collection discrepancies and errors.
