Key responsibilities of this role include

 

  • Finding potential partners - You will find new potential partners for FireCut, and prioritise them based on metrics such as audience size, geography, viewership, etc.
  • Contacting partners - You will be the point-of-contact for partners, and will fully own the process of reaching out to potential and existing partners, in order to pitch FireCut, answer any questions, negotiate contracts, etc.
  • Onboarding partners - You will own the process of onboarding new partners to FireCut, including giving them all the information and assets they need to make content about FireCut.
  • Tracking progress - You will ensure we have clear tracking of our progress with each partner. This will involve (but is not limited to) maintaining a “tracker”, which is a Google Sheet which contains this information.
  • Paying partners - You will support the process of paying partners on a monthly basis.
  • Partnerships process improvement — you will play a crucial role in improving our partnerships process, including suggesting improvements to any of the responsibilities above.

The right candidate for this role will:

  • Be strong in English communication. This is a strict requirement of the role, as the job involves writing emails.
  • Be comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets in particular), including data analysis skills.
  • Have a professional work ethic.

What else do I need to know about the job?

  • The job is remote, with working hours as Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm GMT.
  • The contract will be month-to-month, and there will be a 1 week trial period at the start to ensure you can handle the work.

What can I expect to earn?

Compensation will be tied to performance and will range from PKR 100,000—125,000 depending on quality of work and key requirements of the role being met.
