Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop and suggest short and long-term ORM strategy inline overall Risk Management Strategy and Business Plan

2) Review ORM Policy and maintain it in accordance to the regulations

3) Plan, develop and implement appropriate Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework across the bank considering risk gaps and the level of risk involved within the divisions

4) Prepare annual plan for Operational Risk Management RCSA activities and ensure that respective schedules are followed properly

5) Review existing and revised policies & manuals of the business and functions to identify and assess operational risks, map processes and devise or suggest elevation of controls wherever necessary

6) Review of aggregate ‘Loss Data’ and preparation of advance approaches or Basic Indicator Approaches and counter strategies for improving ORM function

7) Act as a secretary for the Operational Risk Management Committee and ensure that the Terms of Reference (TORs) are updated periodically.
