1. To have clarity of Region's strategy and targets to ensure complete support to the team for achievement of KPIs.
2. To explore new prospects, by visiting potential customers, to generate leads for soliciting NTBs and CA along with ADC's tools. To understand and adhere religiously to the control guidelines provided by both the bank as well as regulatory authority.
3. To make efforts to generate deposits / initiate relationship with customers of high integrity and clear standing and in no case to compromise on procuring business.
4. To assist first time customers (NTB) in opening bank accounts and ensure submission of complete documentation of account opening forms / ATM and other related facilities in line with SOPs and regulatory directives.
5. To provide customer service to clients in line with standards set by the Bank as well as regulatory guidelines of Fair Treatment to Customers, irrespective of the product, account size or category.
6. To provide Marketing material to the prospective customers, to effectively leverage the bank’s product and service suite in providing maximum utility and service to the customers.
7. To ensure all customer records are protected and confidential.
8. To Convert Existing to Bank (ETB) with the pre-defined Internal Funded benchmark & to work on re-establishing the inactive accounts and clientele with prompt tailoring of their banking product requirements.
