- Responsible for ensuring quality of petroleum products of receipts (via pipelines & Tank Lorries) and storage tanks of terminal using recommended ASTM test methods by complying GOP specifications.
- Testing of external samples.
- Maintain all logbooks & prepare test reports.
- Timely prepare monthly and quarterly summaries and submit to charge QA.
- Timely reporting of quality-related issues to charge QA.
- Manage third-party testing & bill submission to Incharge QA.
- Responsible for the timely calibration of lab items & equipment.
- Responsible for smooth operations of lab equipment and their maintenance.
- Samples retention and lab waste management.
- Manage lab inventory and timely raise up demand for procurement.
- Responsible for overall lab housekeeping & HSE, also ensured use of PPE's during working in lab & sampling of tanks, pipeline & tank lorries.
- Visit customer sites to attend quality related complaints & queries.
- Conduct internal & external audits for labs.
- Responsible for use of updated ISO documentation related to labs.
- Carry out any other task assigned by Incharge Quality Assurance.
