We are expanding our Islamabad team and looking for a highly organized and self-driven Project Coordinator to oversee technical project execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end execution of custom tech projects (ERP-like systems, enterprise platforms).Coordinate between design, development, QA, and deployment teams.Ensure timely delivery aligned with client requirements and Agile milestones.Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings usingJIRA.Maintain clear and detailed documentation, timelines, and reporting.Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed.Work closely with the Malaysia HQ for progress reviews and delivery alignment.Ensure team productivity, discipline, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:2–3 years of .Proven .Hands-on .Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead and coordinate a team of developers.Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.Candidatesmust be willing to work on-siteat our Islamabad office (I-8 Sector).Nice to Have:Background as a developer or technical team member is a plus.Familiarity with project management tools like Confluence, Trello, or ClickUp...00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork
