As we continue to grow, we are looking for amotivated and sales-oriented Technical Sales & Design Engineerto join our team and contribute to our mission of building a greener future.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads by promoting solar solutions and closing deals confidently.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client interaction and follow-ups.Understand client requirements and develop tailored solar system designs based on site and energy usage analysis.Prepare and present detailed proposals, including layouts, performance estimates, and ROI calculations.Use tools likeSketch Upto create system visuals and design presentations.Negotiate terms and guide clients through the full sales cycle with professionalism and clarity.Provide technical support throughout the sales and implementation phases.Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams for smooth project handover and execution.Stay updated with industry trends, solar incentives, and technical advancements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).Minimum2 year of .Proven track record ofachieving sales targetsin the solar industry.Strong knowledge of solar system design and performance parameters.Proficiency inSketch Upor similar design software is preferred.Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.Male candidatesare encouraged to apply.RequirementsMust be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.Male candidates must have their own bikefor site visits and client meetings..00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Bike Vailable for Self Transport
