Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to elderly patients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of those under their care. This role requires excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of elderly individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and respectful care to elderly patients, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation to promote independence and dignity.
- Perform various patient care tasks, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication as directed, and supporting personal hygiene routines.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, their families, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and responsibility while managing the physical demands of caregiving.
- Uphold safety standards and follow care plans tailored to each patient’s specific requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing care and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and their families.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of caregiving, including lifting, assisting with mobility, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and a responsible attitude in all caregiving tasks.
- Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, prior certification in caregiving, first aid, or CPR is highly desirable. Experience working in a healthcare or home care setting will be considered an advantage.
