Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing embroidery artwork that aligns with specific techniques, color schemes, fabric types, and garment silhouettes. This role requires close collaboration with embroidery suppliers to ensure sample development meets quality and design standards. The successful candidate will maintain meticulous records of embroidery files, including color palettes and stitch details, to support production consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design embroidery artwork by carefully considering embroidery techniques, color combinations, base fabric characteristics, artwork placement, and garment silhouette. Guidance will be provided to ensure alignment with overall design objectives.
- Work collaboratively with embroidery suppliers’ design and production teams to facilitate the development of samples. This includes providing clear specifications and obtaining timely approvals to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive records of punching files, documenting all relevant details such as colors used and stitch counts. This ensures accuracy and consistency throughout the production process.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in embroidery design software, particularly Wilcom, is essential for creating and modifying embroidery artwork.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and clear understanding of design requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with additional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is highly advantageous and will support the creative process.
