Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy across our digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills to deliver engaging, user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process by developing user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Conduct thorough user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and inform design decisions.
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and marketing objectives, optimizing for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices. Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and product teams to integrate design solutions that positively impact conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision, maintaining clear communication and presenting design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Framer, or similar platforms is required to create interactive and user-friendly prototypes.
A solid understanding of HTML and CSS is necessary, and front-end development experience is considered a strong advantage. Candidates should have a good grasp of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and the impact of design on marketing KPIs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are critical for collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating design rationale clearly. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently is also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools such as CapCut and Filmora is beneficial. Experience with advanced graphic design, motion design, or animation tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lottie will be considered a plus.
Working knowledge of Webflow is an added advantage, enabling smoother collaboration with web development teams and enhancing the implementation of design projects.
