Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing the annual budgeting process, conducting internal finance reconciliations, and generating various management information system (MIS) reports. This role requires a strong command of financial reporting and budgeting, along with advanced skills in MS Excel to support data analysis and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process by coordinating with different departments, consolidating inputs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular internal reconciliations related to finance to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Develop and prepare various MIS reports that provide insights into financial performance and support decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain and improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and managing budgeting processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and internal reconciliation procedures.
- Ability to prepare detailed MIS reports that effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
