Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential landlords, promoting our letting services, and securing property listings. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential landlords to expand the property portfolio.
- Clearly explain the benefits of our letting services and persuade landlords to list their properties with us.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with landlords, including commission structures and terms.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in sourcing and screening prospective tenants for the listed properties, ensuring suitability and compliance.
- Coordinate property viewings and facilitate effective communication between landlords and tenants throughout the letting process.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and successful conversions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular progress updates and detailed reports to management to track performance and pipeline status.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role such as real estate, lettings, sales, or property management.
