Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s IT offerings, including software, hardware, and service solutions, to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends that can enhance sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software to support sales forecasting and reporting.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in online sales, preferably within the IT industry or related technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, hardware, and IT support services.
