Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of civil engineering projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of project execution, including budget control, resource allocation, and timeline adherence. This role requires strong leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and effective communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while delivering on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate civil engineering projects, ensuring all phases progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong professional relationships and clear communication.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain project integrity.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, address issues, and coordinate next steps.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team comprising engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, promoting collaboration and high performance.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations to guide project decisions and problem-solving.
- Utilize project management software proficiently to track project milestones, generate reports, and streamline workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and relevant legal and safety regulations.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams on construction sites.
- Proficiency in project management software tools to effectively plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.
