Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification of new business opportunities in IT managed services, including helpdesk, cybersecurity, and networking.
- Assist in implementing business development strategies aimed at lead generation and expanding the client base.
- Conduct basic market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to senior team members.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and leveraging referrals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, working closely with senior staff for guidance.
- Participate in introductory sales calls and presentations, contributing to the creation of tailored proposals that address client needs.
- Assist in managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal submission, ensuring smooth progression.
- Support negotiation of contract terms under supervision to help close deals effectively.
- Engage in client satisfaction initiatives to foster long-term relationships and ensure ongoing value delivery.
- Gather and analyze market data to better understand customer pain points and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including technical, marketing, and support—to gain a thorough understanding of service offerings and align messaging accordingly.
- Participate in client meetings to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and effective delivery of solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, communications, and proposals using CRM tools.
- Provide regular progress updates and report challenges to senior management.
- Assist in preparing basic reports on sales activities and market engagement efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT managed services, particularly helpdesk, cybersecurity, and networking solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on effective interaction with U.S.-based clients.
- Genuine interest in IT managed services and eagerness to deepen technical knowledge.
- Confident and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn sales techniques and client management skills.
