Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to promote our range of baby care products within the healthcare sector. This role involves engaging with pediatricians, neonatologists, maternity hospitals, and nursing homes to effectively communicate product benefits and ensure widespread adoption. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to pediatricians, neonatologists, maternity hospitals, and nursing homes to introduce and promote baby care products.
- Educate doctors, nurses, and hospital staff on the features, benefits, and proper usage of the products to encourage informed recommendations.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to foster sustained product advocacy and repeat business.
- Plan and execute doctor meets, product demonstrations, and sampling activities to increase product visibility and acceptance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by ensuring consistent product availability and visibility within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely and actionable feedback to the management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visits, sales activities, and market insights through regular reporting.
- Adhere to a structured visit schedule to maximize coverage and effectiveness within the assigned geographical area.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales, preferably within the pediatric or neonatal segment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a healthcare environment.
