Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Manager to lead and manage our e-commerce sales across multiple digital platforms and marketplaces. This role requires a proactive individual who can not only drive sales growth but also deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to maximize online revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive online sales performance across various e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital sales channels, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and other online communication tools, maintaining high standards of customer service and quick resolution of issues.
- Foster strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to optimize product listings, ensuring alignment with ongoing promotions, campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on online sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports that include actionable insights for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Support digital marketing efforts by contributing to SEO strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns (PPC), social media outreach, and driving traffic to online sales channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and limited-time offers to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues impacting online sales operations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
- A customer-first attitude combined with a strong problem-solving mindset to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in digital tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales dashboards to manage and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret sales data and generate insightful reports.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and social media marketing is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and social media outreach, is advantageous.
