CSR - Medical Billing

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Billing Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads through proactive outreach efforts, targeting healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and qualify sales opportunities using outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, including providers, clinics, and medical practices, to build strong relationships.
- Clearly articulate the benefits, value propositions, and competitive advantages of our medical billing services to potential clients.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities, client communications, and sales progress within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets related to lead generation, outreach efforts, and conversion rates.
