Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Specialist to lead outreach efforts and enroll medical professionals into our aesthetic medicine training programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, build strong relationships, and consistently drive sales results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for both the business and clinical sides of aesthetic medicine, and the creativity to innovate in their approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic cold outreach campaigns using WhatsApp, email, social media, phone calls, and other innovative communication channels.
- Identify potential medical professionals interested in aesthetic medicine and effectively educate them about our training programs.
- Manage the entire enrollment process, guiding prospects from initial contact through to program registration.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and follow-ups through a prospect management system.
- Create personalized outreach materials such as tailored messages, videos, and webinars to engage prospects and support enrollment efforts.
- Take full ownership of sales outcomes, continuously analyzing performance and adapting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Exhibit strong self-motivation and independence in designing and executing outreach processes without constant supervision.
- Maintain excellent command of English for all communications; proficiency in additional regional or international languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in both the clinical and commercial aspects of aesthetic medicine, enabling meaningful conversations with medical professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or outreach roles, preferably within healthcare, medical education, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing sales pipelines and prospect tracking tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop personalized content and innovative outreach strategies.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp, email marketing tools, social media, and phone outreach.
- A keen interest in aesthetic medicine and willingness to learn about its clinical and business dimensions.
