Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and foster strong, lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
