We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Business Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-traders, and consumers within the trade business sector. Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain close, effective relationships with dealers, sub-traders, and end consumers to strengthen the trade business network.
- Drive organic growth and identify new business opportunities by applying comprehensive knowledge of products, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Oversee all sales operations within the region, managing distribution channels to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis by gathering and compiling market intelligence, maintaining detailed customer profiles, monitoring sales data, and staying abreast of evolving market trends and customer needs.
- Regularly track and evaluate distributors’ sales performance to ensure monthly sales targets align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities continuously and provide timely market updates to management, supporting strategic decision-making and the development of counter-strategies.

- Develop and coach dealers and their teams on safety protocols and compliance requirements to foster a culture of responsibility.
- Promote dealer engagement and integration into the company culture by sharing best practices and encouraging collaboration.
- Utilize expertise in costing and financial analysis to support pricing strategies and maintain competitive positioning.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely data management.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
