Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Last-Mile Delivery Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, manage delivery personnel, and maintain seamless communication across teams to uphold service quality. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of daily last-mile delivery operations, ensuring smooth execution from dispatch to final delivery.
- Guarantee that all orders are dispatched and delivered within the scheduled timeframes, maintaining high standards of punctuality and accuracy.
- Manage and lead delivery personnel, including riders, drivers, and couriers, by monitoring their performance, providing guidance, and fostering a productive work environment.
- Utilize logistics software to track delivery statuses in real-time and update order tracking systems to provide accurate information to customers and internal teams.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or delivery-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain continuous communication with warehouse and order fulfillment teams to coordinate inventory availability, order preparation, and dispatch schedules.
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement; prepare detailed daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards to minimize risks and maintain operational integrity.
- Support route optimization efforts and cost-efficiency initiatives to reduce delivery times and operational expenses without compromising service quality.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners when applicable, ensuring alignment with company delivery standards and timely execution of outsourced deliveries.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising last-mile delivery operations or a similar logistics role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of delivery personnel.
- Proficiency in using logistics and delivery tracking software to monitor and update order statuses.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation to handle delivery issues and complaints effectively.
- Solid communication skills to liaise with warehouse teams, delivery staff, customers, and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and report preparation to drive operational improvements.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and company SOPs relevant to delivery operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
