Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Lead Generation and Client Engagement Specialist. This role focuses on identifying potential clients through various channels, conducting telemarketing campaigns, and facilitating client onboarding for trading accounts in the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX). Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through a combination of online platforms and offline initiatives, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospective clients.
- Execute telemarketing campaigns aimed at identifying and engaging potential clients interested in financial trading and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and actively participate in meetings held within the office to present services and discuss client needs in detail.
- Deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients and assist them throughout the account opening process for PSX and PMEX trading platforms.
- Offer ongoing financial services and tailored guidance to clients based on their commodity investment portfolios, ensuring they receive informed support.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database that tracks leads, follow-up activities, and all client communications to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including compliance, operations, and customer service, to guarantee seamless onboarding and continuous service delivery.
