We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and supporting various operational activities that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
As a Vendor Operations Coordinator, you will assist in the onboarding of new vendors and manage ongoing vendor accounts to maintain strong partnerships. You will support regular price updates, stock management, and promotional activities to ensure accurate and timely information is reflected on our platform.

Analyzing vendor performance and sales trends will be a key part of your role, helping the team make informed decisions to optimize vendor contributions. You will also coordinate closely with the marketing team to facilitate the execution of campaigns that boost sales and brand visibility.

Order processing and dispatch support will be essential, including monitoring vendor pickups and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. You will assist in coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to maintain seamless order delivery operations.

Additionally, you will support service level agreement (SLA) tracking, help resolve disputes, and generate reports to provide insights into vendor and operational performance. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing vendor satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- A strong passion for e-commerce, operations, and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and vendor performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data.
