Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our web development team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leaders to cultivate and promote engineering best practices both within the web group and company-wide.
- Analyze complex feature requests and propose effective implementation strategies that balance technical feasibility and business needs.
- Provide accurate time estimates for development tasks and deliver reliable quotes to support project planning.
- Engage in moderately complex product design, systems analysis, and programming activities, often requiring independent research to solve challenges.
