We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Telecom Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of various telecom services, including phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber cables. Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of phone lines to ensure reliable connectivity for customers.
- Handle the installation and repair of internet cables, maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Install and troubleshoot TV fiber cables, ensuring optimal signal strength and uninterrupted service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to telecom services, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with customers during service calls to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the work performed.
- Travel to various job sites as required to complete installations and repairs efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or Information Technology (3-year diploma) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle installation and troubleshooting tasks related to telecom services.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with telecom infrastructure and equipment.
- Must be male, as per job requirements.
- Ownership of a bike is mandatory to facilitate job-related travel to different locations.
