Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions via phone and online platforms, providing timely assistance related to our services. Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to incoming customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns related to our services.
- Provide online support to customers, assisting them with service-related questions and troubleshooting guidance.
- Monitor and follow up with the Operations team on fault rectifications that exceed 48 hours to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets accurately, maintaining a clear record of all reported issues and their statuses.
- Maintain comprehensive records of faults and service disruptions for assigned regions, ensuring data accuracy and availability for reporting purposes.
- Execute special tasks and assignments as directed during duty hours, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support team objectives beyond routine responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Urdu languages is essential, with a neutral dialect to facilitate clear and effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions and internal coordination efficiently.
