Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and articulate individual to join our team as an Outbound Call Representative for our E-Book campaign. This role primarily involves making outbound cold calls to potential customers, engaging them effectively to promote our digital products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a clear and pleasant accent, and the ability to connect with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects as part of the E-Book marketing campaign.
- Clearly and confidently communicate the features and benefits of the E-Book to potential customers.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
- Engage prospects with a positive attitude and build rapport to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Handle objections and questions from prospects with patience and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on customer responses and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or customer engagement role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and easily understandable accent.
- Ability to speak confidently and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to respond appropriately to customer inquiries and objections.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and meeting daily call quotas.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
