Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent across various roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to attract high-quality candidates for diverse positions.
- Create compelling job advertisements and post them across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media channels, and the company website.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques such as online databases, social media outreach, networking events, and employee referral programs to identify potential candidates.
- Review incoming resumes thoroughly, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
- Maintain and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws, maintaining ethical standards throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience and strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of recruitment activities and documentation.
