Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage data-driven advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for scaling successful strategies.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives that align with campaign goals and target audiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to ensure campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets.
- Utilize industry-standard tools including Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite to track, report, and refine campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate different ad formats, messaging, and targeting approaches, using insights to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing B2B paid advertising campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Strong expertise in paid media strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Proficient knowledge of Meta and Google advertising platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
- Skilled in performance analytics and A/B testing methodologies to enhance campaign results.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
