Job Summary
Vital Corporate Solutions, based in Sargodha, is seeking a proficient and experienced Accounts & Administration Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting various administrative functions, and assisting with financial analysis and reporting. Experience within Software Houses or Call Centres, particularly those serving Australian clients, is highly advantageous. Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate and perform in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:
The Accounts & Administration Executive will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections. Preparing and analyzing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports will be a key part of the role. Accurate management of general ledger entries and regular reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts are essential duties. The candidate will also prepare and submit tax filings and financial reports as required, assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and provide support during internal and external audits. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations is critical. Additionally, the role involves following up with clients on outstanding payments and maintaining collection records, along with performing any additional accounting tasks as necessary.

Administration & Operations:
On the administrative side, the executive will maintain organized records, manage digital files, and oversee documentation workflows. Supporting payroll processing and employee record management is also part of the responsibilities. The role includes coordinating administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and liaising with vendors. Assisting with onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR support documentation will be required. The candidate will prepare weekly and monthly performance and task reports for internal use and facilitate effective communication between finance, administration, and operational departments. Contributing to the streamlining of internal systems and improving administrative procedures will be encouraged.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. An ACCA qualification is preferred. A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles is required. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books is essential, alongside a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and reporting standards. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory. The role demands strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience working with Australian or international clients will be considered a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Hands-on experience with ERP or other accounting platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with Australian GST/BAS or UK VAT reporting will be beneficial. The ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a remote service delivery environment is valued. We seek a team player with a self-driven approach and high attention to detail. Working hours are preferably from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, or alternatively 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a one-hour break. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Sargodha. The salary range is negotiable, typically between PKR 60,000 to 125,000, depending on expertise, with monthly pay generally between PKR 65,000 to 100,000. The application deadline is June 14, 2025.
