Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team full-time in Islamabad. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving monthly sales targets by actively identifying and engaging potential clients. This position demands a strong sense of ownership, as you will be responsible for managing customer issues from start to finish, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. You will also provide standardized solutions to client queries and maintain consistent customer engagement to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, managing the customer database and forecasting sales opportunities from untapped clients will be key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing potential clients.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver standardized solutions to client queries to maintain consistency and quality in service.
- Foster strong customer engagement to provide an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
- Regularly manage and update the customer database to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Identify and forecast sales opportunities from untapped clients to support business growth and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least one year of relevant sales experience, including outbound or inbound sales roles.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in call handling and managing client interactions professionally.
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships is essential.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- While experience beyond the minimum requirement is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs37,000.
- This position is based in Islamabad, with preference given to candidates residing locally.
