Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of Our Brand’s identity within the luxury fashion sector. This role demands a creative professional with a strong commercial focus and a passion for fashion and luxury branding. As Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and market positioning. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams across marketing, design, e-commerce, PR, and retail to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and market goals. This includes defining and maintaining clear brand guidelines covering tone of voice and visual identity to guarantee consistency across all platforms and communications.
Marketing & Campaigns
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal and product launch campaigns in close partnership with creative and marketing teams. You will also be expected to drive innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and deepen customer engagement.
Content & Communications
Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful content tailored for digital channels, social media, and print media. Your role will ensure that all storytelling reflects the brand’s core values and resonates effectively with target audiences.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Continuously monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. Use this intelligence to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation in a competitive luxury market.
Collaboration & Leadership
Coordinate efforts with internal departments such as product development, sales, and public relations, as well as external partners including agencies, influencers, and media outlets. You will manage budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting on brand initiatives to ensure alignment and success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and global branding trends.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- A balance of creative vision and strong commercial acumen.
